Wo Fat
Wo Fat

Corky Laing
Corky Laing
Born January 28, 1948, in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
Bang
Bang
Surely one of the most unsung bands in the history of American hard rock music, BANG released three full-length albums for Capitol Records in the early 70′s, that criminally sank without a trace. Capitol artist development at the time just did not know what to do with the band that was often called America's answer to Black Sabbath.

BANG‛s first significant break came when the Philadelphia band gate-crashed a Rod Stewart show in Orlando in 1971 convincing promoters to put them on as the warm up act. With the interest of the major concert promoters of the day, East Coast Concerts and Concerts West, the band soon became major contenders in the hard rock arena.

The 1971 self-titled debut album "BANG" is considered an important forerunner to the early Doom Metal genre. This was followed by the monumental "Mother/Bow To The King" album in 1972 which should have exploded. Changes in personnel at their record company and an externally forced line-up change led to frustration and bewilderment before releasing their swansong 1973 album "Music".

Undoubtedly the heaviest of America‛s 'proto-metal' bands from the period, BANG also had a strong sense of melodic power, which should have led them to much bigger things as chronicled in the BANG story.

Highly regarded as a cult act by many for years, it‛s now time for this truly amazing rock band to be enjoyed by a new audience. As can be heard, the versatility and songwriting skills of BANG were (are) second to none.
Freedom Hawk
Freedom Hawk
American rock band from Virginia.
The Golden Grass
The Golden Grass
THE GOLDEN GRASS is free-wheelin, good-time rock and roll band. They play a soulful mix of heavy-country-funk-boogie and progressive-psychedelic-freakbeat. Their music is bursting with a feel-good energy, inspiring with an earnest vibe, and classic in a modern time.

The band is comprised of:

*Adam Kriney-drums/vocals
(of LA OTRACINA/ZONED OUT/DEAD TAPE and tour member of NEBULA/CULT OF YOUTH/CASTANETS/CLOUDLAND CANYON)

*Michael Rafalowich-electric guitar/vocals
(of STRANGE HAZE/WHOOPING CRANE and tour member of TAV FALCO'S PANTHER BURNS)

*Frank Caira-electric bass/vocals

Mirror Queen
Out of the ashes of long running NYC band Kreisor emerged MIRROR QUEEN. Under the Kreisor moniker, the band put 2 US tours and 4 European expeditions behind them, including tinnitus-inducing sojourns supporting UFO and Uli Jon Roth all over the Continent.

A successful four week European tour in 2011 as part of the Germany based booking agency Sound of Liberation's "Up In Smoke" tour series brought them back to Europe, winning over fans from Berlin to Torino and many points between. This was followed by their inclusion in the 2012 edition of "Brainbanger's Ball". Next up is "Cosmic Sonic Rendezvous", a package tour during July featuring Mirror Queen, The Atomic Bitchwax and Earthless. This kicks off in Erfurt, DE at the Stoned From the Underground festival.

Presently, Mirror Queen is hard at work creating the follow-up album to last year's From Earth Below. Influenced by such 70's legends as Hawkwind, Deep Purple, UFO, Blue Oyster Cult, Captain Beyond, the rockier sides of more recent outfits such as Motorpsycho and Swervedriver, as well as the best of the current heavy bands, they aspire towards psychedelic hard rock of the highest order.

Original members Kenny Kreisor (guitars, vocals) and Jeremy O'Brien (drums) have been joined by James Corallo (Zandelle) on bass and Phil Ortanez (La Ostracina/Polygmamyst) on second guitar. Together they transcend the sameness of much of today's stoner scene, blasting the audience by including songs with the volume and adding hooks to the timeless riffs.
The Hazytones
The Hazytones
The Hazytones are a Canadian stoner rock/hard rock band. Formed in Montreal, Quebec in 2015.
Geezer
Geezer
Cover Me Badd presents some olde wheezers from San Diego.

GEEZER gives you rawk songs the way that they were meant to be done:
by senior citizens. The band combines all of the excitement of the 1890's with the nostalgia of the long-forgotten era of the 1990's, as done by musicians in their nineties. Classic oldies, replacement hiphop, naps, medication and a perhaps a Weezer number or two are all in a night's work for the world's oldest coverband. If you don't think they sound just like the real Lawrence Welk, you should have your hearing checked out, sonny.
